I talked to customer service on Friday. They suggested the same thing. I'm just waiting for a good time to take our network down (never!).

Last month I started getting DAX errors on workstations. As I was troubleshooting I tried to access the switche's web interface and couldn't get in. I tried to access the switch through the console and couldn't get in. I reset the switch and everything went back to normal. DAX errors stopped. Now, I'm having the same problem. I can't access the switch. We are a 24 hour operation and taking the switch down is extremely inconvenient. Any ideas?
