      <title>Rtn Shipping Labels Not Provided</title>

      <description>Over the last couple of months, I've had to have about a dozen Procurve parts replaced under the lifetime warranty.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have not had a single part arrive with a return shipping label.  I then have to go online, fill out a form and then in a day or two I get a label via email.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On average, this is adding 3-4 days to the return process and is VERY frustrating.  Is anyone else having this issue?</description>

      <description>Hi Scott,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There has been an issue with return labels not printing.  The issue was investigated, a root cause was determined, and I received word this morning that return labels appear to be shipping with replacement parts again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jarret</description>

      <description>Where is the online form to fill out for return labels? I have been having a similar problem and have to sit on hold for at least half an hour before getting someone on the phone. Even then, there's no guarantee that a new label will be sent to me. I've been waiting two days for the last one to be emailed.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for any info...</description>
