looks like corrput installation of the Remote Client - the process is trying to access 2.3 internal files.

Can you do a clean install of the Remote client after downloading the installer from http://<PCM-SERVER-IP-ADDR>:8040.

Make sure you uninstall, clean/delete installed folder, reboot and then do a install of the remote Client.

let know how that goes about</PCM-SERVER-IP-ADDR>

Hi!

We have a Problem with using of PCM+ 3.0 after upgrading to PCM+ 3.0 at the Remote Client side.

The Remote Clients are locatet in a different subnet. We can authenticate / login to the PCM Server and can see the Dashboard data, but we cannot do anything. We can't see the devices, cannot enter the Preferences and so on.

What can it be and what will be the solution to work with them?

Kind Regards

Alen

Just to rule out any profile based restrictions - is the same username able to login in the local client successfully and see all the data?

Ok.can you have the following files attached to your next reply:
These files would be present under "<ROOT>\client\logs\" directory, where <ROOT> represents the PCM installed directory.

ConJCoreMain*.log
CS-ClientUpdateEnforcer*.log
CS-err*.log
CS-out*.log
nmcore.Monitor*.log

maybe this could give some clue...</ROOT></ROOT>
