Is there a CLI way to clear ALL the port Counters back to zero?

clear stati all
but i think its only for the current session.

I tried this one.. but it doesn't seem to clear all counters on teh 3500yl and 5406zl

I cannot speak to the ProCurves, I'm not in that part of HP, but if you are say cutting and pasting port statistic output and want to subtract one from the other to get stats over an interval, you might find "beforeafter" from

Hi Darren,

in release K.13.40 the feature "clear statistics global" was introduced.

So upgrade your switches to the latest K.13 of K.14 firmware.

if you have old firmware then after issuing the command u need to reboot the switch to work
