how do I make a rule that blocks traffic between two PCs by MAC address. in switch 3com 4210 using web interface.

E 4210 switch don't support L2 access list

may be use port isolate

fristly create isolate group

<Sysname> display isolate port

Isolated port(s) on UNIT 1:

Ethernet1/0/2, Ethernet1/0/3, Ethernet1/0/4

then what is the functionality of these options:

Device> ACL / QoS> ACL [Advance Config]
(where is the option "MAC Address Filter")

Device> ACL / QoS> ACL [Link Config]
(where is the option "IP Address Filter")

(sorry, I'm still on the subject leid)
