Procurve 2524 Port Counte reset - only temporary

I want to reset the counters from the Ports of my 2524`s. However, this is only temporary. I give the command "clear statistics 1-24 ehternet" these resets only until the next login, and then again the old values.About the text-based reset exactly the same result.Firmware is up to date.

Ein Reset Ã¼ber das CLI bringt leider nichts. Nach einem erneutem Login sind die Werte wieder auf dem alten Stand

A reset through the CLI does not, unfortunately. After a login again, the values back to the old status

Sorry mate, the only way to clear the stats permanently is to power cycle the unit.

I had the same question and contacted support. I had the support rep attempt "clear stats global" on a test switch. That seems to have done it. I did it on mine and it now has all the stats cleared and when I close my session and open it back up it's still cleared.
