connect between vlans on 3com and hp procurve switches

I have 3com and hp procurve switch , the 3com is connected to external Interfaces of TMG servers , and the uplink of 3com switch is connected to hp procurve , the 3 com switch is layer 2 only , but hp procurve is layer 3 switch but ip routing is disabled at first

I want to seperate all routers in special vlan , each router has real IP (not private natted to real)

the port of uplink in 3com is port 24, the other port in hp procurve is port 14

I created vlan 1000 on 3com and hp procurve and added in 3 com port 24 (the uplink)as tagged port but the other port that is connected to external interface of tmg server is still in default vlan in 3 com

on hp procurve switch , I added in vlan 1000 port 14 (the opposite of port 24 in 3com) as tagged port and port 17(port of our router) is added also as untagged port

but the tmg server donot see the router , what must I do also to the connection between 2 vlans (default vlan and vlan 1000) work ?

do I must do any routing between 2 vlans or any other thing ?
