      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you need help with this question or it is a test for us? (-:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyhow, I bet on 'PFC', because the issue is with traffic prioritization on transit devices and PFC is the only technology from this list that is relevant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
