Hi!

When I turn on monitoring an outgoing traffic on some port, device seemed not work with arp protocol well and it can't act as router correctly.
Mac learning and forwarding at L2 proceseed well.

My working config except passwords in attachment.

When I say my device:
conf t
int e 7/16
monitor e 3/7 output
troubles begin. Periodicaly switch lose devices on all vlans. I use the command "clear arp" for provocation.

It's remarkable, that if I use any port on slot's 11-13 as mirror all work OK.

Is it the bug in procurve software?
Hi Andrew,

I feel like I have also seen this issue before but didn't follow it up at the time.

You are already running the latest firmware available on the ProCurve website which is great. If you have steps to reproduce the issue I recommend you log a call with HP support.

Matt
