Try setting both ends of each connection (PC to Switch) to the same speed and duplex. 100-FULL if possible but if not 10-Half will do.<BR /><BR />Do not set one end of connection to 100 full and assume the other will automatically adjust. It doesn't work that way. You must set each manually.<BR /><BR />A slight possibility is a bad cable with a noisy receive or transmit pair.
