<title>topic atheros client connection problem in Communications and Wireless</title>
    <link>https://community.hpe.com/t5/communications-and-wireless/atheros-client-connection-problem/m-p/3238341#M2604</link>
<description>sometimes when i try to connect to my wireless network using the atheros utility for the nc4000, i will not able to connect to the internet or even ping my router, even though the atheros client shows excellent signal connection and ip address is received from dhcp. sometimes i need to restart my notebook for the wireless to work, but not always.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i've tried to use another connection utilty, odyssey client, from funk software to connect, and no such issues occured. however, as the odyssey client is only a demo, and the atheros is the native utility, is there a way to resolve this connectivity issue?</description>
