      <description>has anyone had a problem with the 3115 not turning on?  And, when attempting to recharge it, you get a message stating that the battery temperature is to hot and the device will turn off?</description>

      <description>Did you tried to replace the battery with an new one? when a battery becomes too hot it could be an battery malfunction or the mainboard got an malfunction by charging the battery too long somehow</description>

      <description>HP has sent me a new battery and im hoping that will work but as I am now charging the new battery i went into the settings and the main battery is charging but the backup battery is still at 10%.  will that charge with time?  Thanks for your help Roger</description>

      <description>In theory the backup battery will re-charge after the main battery is fully charged :)</description>
