Thanks,

I was sure i disabled the onboard wireless before, but i have it going now with the netgear card. it could of been a problem when i installed the netgear software. Re-installed them again & it finally found the wireless network.

Once again, thanks! Larry...

Wireless Connection Error ??

Greetings!

I have a HP ZV6000 with a broadcom wireless. I've tried several attempts to connect to actiontex dsl broadband. My network settings in xp show that the adapter is enabled, but the adapter cannot find any wireless access. I know that the dsl modem is working because I have no problem with my other wireless pc. I also tried a Netgear wireless card from the other pc to connect. It does the exact same thing as the built-in wireless adapter.

If anyone else had the same problem or knows what steps I can take to get the wireless going, I certainly could sleep better at night!

Thanking you in advance, Larry...

Hi Larry

What model of Actiontec do you have? If you turn your other wireless PC down, does HP ZV6000 finds the wireless networking?
