    <description>Bluetooth Icon is missing from the system tray. Re-installed the bluetooth driver and it doesn't work. I also follow the instruction in below and still no go.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/genericDocument?docname=c00583172&amp;amp;dlc=en&amp;amp;lc=en&amp;amp;cc=ca#c00583172_M1" target="_blank"&gt;http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/genericDocument?docname=c00583172&amp;amp;dlc=en&amp;amp;lc=en&amp;amp;cc=ca#c00583172_M1&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was able to search other bluetooth devices, but failed to paired most of the time. Sometime, even though we could paired with the device, and we alway failed to transfer file between them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please advice !!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, please let us know:&lt;BR /&gt;1. What OS you are running?&lt;BR /&gt;2. Did you make sure to install correct driver for your OS?&lt;BR /&gt;3. What settings do you see in the system BIOS for Bluetooth/WLAN hardware? &lt;BR /&gt;4. Did you follow all the methods and steps from the link you provided? &lt;BR /&gt;5. What do you see in the Device Manager for Bluetooth/WLAN hardware?&lt;BR /&gt;6.
