    <description>I have hp pavilion dv 2000 series laptop with me. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It has boot up problem in it. when i press the power button the led and the dvd rom lights glows but the laptop does not boots up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I then press the power button to shut off the laptop till and till the lights goes off.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then if i press the power button the laptops boots up. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there any solution for this problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried resetting of the ram and the static charge discharge it solve the problem but temporarily,the problems comes again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if there is any solution for this problem then  please let me know &lt;BR /&gt;</description>
