Hello,
I purchased the dv5 1002nr. My wireless switch was not working at all. I found that for the wireless switch the msconfig setting needed to be turned on for startup. My first unit had other problems also so I had Best Buy Geeks recheck it. The processor was found to be faulty and they replaced the laptop.

Just some ideas for your consideration

Doug Jarvis
