topic Same Problem in Communications and Wireless

Hello,

Just wanted to get my name in here, too. I first had an issue with my tx1000 series PC last summer while it was still under warranty. They replaced the wireless card and it worked fine - up until a few days ago. Now I'm having the same issue, and upon calling HP Support I was informed that replaced parts only have a warranty of three months. Beyond that, they wouldn't speak to me unless I gave them a credit card number. This is ridiculous!
