      <description>Unfortunately, I have never tried to use my wireless feature on this notebook since ownership.  I have several laptops in my office and grab this unit when I left the office for the weekend.  I have tried everything to get up and running but have no luck.  I have removed the wireless program and reinstalled it but my wireless assistant informs me that it does not recognize any wireless switch.  I am extremely disappointed to find that I have purchased this notebook (2+ years ago) and it is not fully functional.  I have done some research and have found this is a VERY COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS NOTEBOOK and the only solution is to have it repaired or replaced.  This sucks since I'm sure it's warranty has expired.</description>
