nx9010 adding mini pci wireless

I called HP and did not get a definite answer, but does my nx9010 (dh909u) support a mini pci wireless card? I know it has the slot, but I heard that unless the laptop has the antennas for the wireless, the card will not work correctly. Does anyone know if these laptops come with the antenna in them if it did not originally ship with wireless built in? I need to add wireless and I would rather use the mini pci over the pcmcia or usb if I can.

I think the PCI slot on that is in the bottom - flip it over, take the door off and check for the antenna cables.

I did that, and I didn't find any loose cables. Could is be possible that the motherboard supports minipci wireless and if I can get some antennae I could make this work? What other device could go in this slot? Why have it if it won't support wireless.

What did you end up doing about this? I have the same laptop and wish to use an internal wireless card.
