I have an rx4640 and I used EFI to enable the graphics consol mode, but once the server boots to the graphics consol (TFT5600) I can log in but have no control over the mouse. I cannot find anything in the EFI menue to enable the mouse via USB.

EFI doesn't support the mouse - it's something like the old DOS only. What did you boot? An operating system (hp-ux, windows)? The OS have to drive the mouse - it's a driver problem?
