Integrity servers have the Itanium or IA64 processor. Superdomes may have Itanium processors, but they might have PA-RISC processors instead.

I should qualify that - the Itanium and IA64 processors are just different names for the same processor, not two different ones.

Integrity servers have Itanium II CPUs installed. The superdome may have PA-RISC CPUs, Itanium CPUs or even both (in separate partitions).

The superdome is the high-end server and can have up to 64 dual-core CPUs, 2TB memory and 192 I/O slots.

An integrity server is HP's name for it's Itanium (or IA64) line of servers, s opposed to 9000, the PA-RISC line of servers.

A superdome with Itanium processors is in fact just a big integrity server.

I agree, but note you can even mix Itanium and Risc CPUs in different partitions.
It's still HP biggest Integrity server ...
