      <title>Machine Check - OS MCA</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my BL860c blade server frequently goes to un-operational state.&amp;nbsp; Which has HP UX 11.31 (Sep 2012 patches)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;following entries are found in the console logs,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;System firmware 0&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;OS_MCA_UNCORRECTED_MC&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;OS MCA didn not correct the Machine Check.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Kindly help to find out an issue.&lt;/P&gt;
