hardware error

I am getting the following hardware error:
"HPUX hardware failure for resource ql_adapter, protocol 3_0_1_1_0_4_0 - Duplicate - time of latest event: Sep 12 23:13:46"

I checked all devices all things at this path, i find all devices at the following path claimed.

Following logs are there:
Sep 13 01:12:27 abcd vmunix: 3/0/1/1/0/4/0: Device at device id 0xc32800 has disappeared from Name Server GPN_FT
Sep 13 01:12:30 abcd vmunix: 3/0/1/1/0/4/0: Device at device id 0xc32800 is back in Name Server GPN_FT (FCP type)

Its clear from the logs only.

Device was got disconnected at 01:12:27 and come back online at 01:12:30.

If you got this error frequently you need to place a case with HP otherwise you can ignore this error.
