Could anyone tell me, can I install Windows 2003 Server Release 2, X64 on HP Rx2600 itanium based servers.

Where can I find the Rx2600 OS support matrix?

You can buy

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition for 64-bit Itanium 2 systems

as an option, so at least this version will run on your server.
