Hello,

I am just curious if anyone have successfully installed a modem via the USB on an RX6600 running HPUX 11.31 or is this even possible? Any information is appreciated.

Thanks,

Anthony

I don't think this is possible.

Why not use a serial port?

Hi Torsten,

Thanks for the response. I was hoping you would tell me otherwise though. :)

I have one modem installed to the serial port already and I need an additional modem as a backup.

Also, adding a mux is NOT an option because there are no more slots available.

Thanks,

Anthony
