Hmm, I got one just last week for an DL385, but the box shouldn't matter right?

Anyway, it seemed and easy google "+site:hp.com ilo trial license"

In October 2015 I was using it. It was working very good, But I got services from Weaccountax for my business and they removed my license key. Now I don't know they using ILO 2 without it.
