      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It should power up even with one power supply and flash an attention light. The attention light will promt you to see the GSP log, which will show the problem and permit you to swap out the redundant power supply.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
