Resetting BMC?

Hello,

i need help on resetting the BMC. Somehow a client set up a password for the MP login, so i can't access it with the SerialConsole.

I heard once that you could reset these Settings for MP somewhere on the machine?
Does anybody of you know this problem?

P.S: I am working on an HP Itanium2 rx2600 machine.

Hi again,

i found the solution.

At the back of the machine there is a Reset-Button.
Press it and enter 'P' at the console (follow the instructions at the console).

Hi,

Yes in 2600 IA64 Box there is a reset button at back.
Where as through consol. I never come across any infomration like that. Where we can check by typing help at cm then check any options available.
