Can you specify the model of the server and what is the current state of the server is it running or not?

Is this a rx2660?

A single error can produce a lot of entries in the logs - all related to the problem (more or less), but sometimes only one of them points to the problem directly.

So some more information is needed.

It could be always a good idea to contact the hp support directly.

BTW, when U opens a new thread please pass entire information (Ex. System Model, OS version etc.)

miss one thing huh!.. :), yes right this is rx2660. and then when i try unplug the HBA card this thing running well, i think this is cause by firmware of system and driver of HBA, today my box still running installation process maybe tommorow if finished i'll try to update driver and firmware then update you all about my progress.thanks.

OS Hp-UX 11v2.3
HP Agilent Tachyon 1/2 GB FC (existing HBA)
HP AB378 Qlogic 4gb FC (new HBA)

here i attach progress today, still not solve yet.and when i update firmware by EFI i stuck at step
11- Proceed to "OS Independent - Updating Firmware from EFI shell", shown below.

where you can download an iso and make a bootable cd form which you can update the firmware.

P.S. Try booting the server without a HBA
