      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you replace the System board because of the errors that you posted above, or are you getting the errors as a result of changing the system bd????&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you put the top cover back on properly?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you post the MP Error logs please?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Phil</description>

      <description>I change the system board because i was getting this &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/usr/sbin/envd[1368]: terminated by signal 15.       <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your machine is giving chassis open errors.&lt;BR /&gt;It is therefore shutting down as it thinks the cover is off.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will need to visually inspect the servers as per my below.&lt;BR /&gt;Check the switch as per my answer at the bottom of this thread.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://forums12.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1198960" target="_blank"&gt;http://forums12.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1198960&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Phil</description>

      <description>Hi Sakui,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As per Ur system MP event log analysis report is here:-&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keyword = SHUTDOWN_OR_RESET_ON_SENSOR&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A sensor reading in the system was determined to be non-recoverable and the system was shut down or reset.  Read the system logs to find which sensor was out of range.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can U send us system syslog and then we can find out what is the actual problem Ur system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks--Yaqub&lt;BR /&gt;I am a Customer Advocate!!!</description>
