We keep getting this error message in our mailbox, but confirmed that the power supply is ok.
I'm guessing maybe you only have one power supply. I've got a rp3410 like this and also continually get this message. And everytime I receive it, I say, "yep, you're right and there's nothing I can do about it other than adding another power supply".

Pete

Pete, did you check the firmware already?

from the release notes:

BMC 03.51

Fixed an issue in BMC 03.50 where a system with only one installed power supply may incorrectly display a 'Sensor: Voltage - AC Pwr Supply 2' / 'Data1: Device Removed/Device Absent' level 3 event upon AC power on causing the System LED to blink yellow.

...
