Hi,

As per my knowledge firmware can not possible roll back.

If your facing any problem upgrades time then you try to previous version firmware.

BR/
Yaqub

IMHO the upgrade should be done by trained HP support personal if possible. They know how to handle problems.
If you do it on your own and you get problems, you should contact HP support before trying something else on your own.

cheers

Torsten how do you learn if you get people in to do what are easy job's. i just need to make sure the rol back is the same as we would do for a DL server.

we do 90% of our own work and only get HP involved when we get stuck

cheers

Thanks, Yaqub ;-)

I don't know what your current version is, but I know updating a rx8640 is different to a "PC" like a DL server ...

If you do the update, you need to read the instructions first and follow them strictly, including the notes.

Doing a wrong step may kill your system.
