    <description>Hi , &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have 4 HP rx2660 servers and 2 HP rx6660 servers installed in an HP rack (beginning with the rx6660 at the bottom) , &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i have 2 cisco switches 4948 that i want to install , i have install them at the top but from  the back of the rack ... in that case can i have a cooling problem caused by these switches &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thank you</description>

      <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the servers should be installed right through to the back, so that there is no room for switches at the same level as them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if this is right then you will be fine as the airflow flows from the front of server through it and out of the back of the servers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also make sure that the cables and network cables from the switches run down and are scured at the rear sides of the servers/rack.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thus keping as little at the back of the servers directly as possible, to allow the airflow out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andy</description>
