I have a machine with AH237A that works fine but when i install AD390A's,it will not boot up.When the AD390A are installed the server recognizes it on the low end but it will not do a selftest or boot.Can someone please help me?

This came with a newer firmware:

What firmware do you have? Run

Torsten's right. Your Firmware is wayyyy too low. See this link and take a look at the release notes:
