    <description>Found it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That machine has an I/O error. One of the PCI Slots wasn't flashing. The machine was booting fine but the problem caused that there was no signal on the vga. After changing the chassis (with board) the machine worked fine.</description>
