      <description>Hi everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have an Emulex LP9802, an rx5670, HP-UX 11.31 and problems getting the FC controller to work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I installed driver version 6.00.05 from the Emulex page and the kernel module is loaded:&lt;BR /&gt;-----------------&lt;BR /&gt;# kcmodule -v lpfc&lt;BR /&gt;Module              lpfc  (6.0)&lt;BR /&gt;Description         Emulex LightPulse Fibre Channel Driver&lt;BR /&gt;Timestamp           Fri Jul 18 23:44:41 2008 [48810EC9]&lt;BR /&gt;State               loaded (via autoload)&lt;BR /&gt;State at Next Boot  auto (as requested)&lt;BR /&gt;Capable             auto static loaded unused&lt;BR /&gt;Depends On          interface HPUX_11_31_PERF:1.0&lt;BR /&gt;-----------------&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Both utilities don't find the adapter:&lt;BR /&gt;-----------------&lt;BR /&gt;# /opt/lpfc/bin/showhba&lt;BR /&gt;Found No Adapters&lt;BR /&gt;# /opt/lpfc/bin/lputil&lt;BR /&gt;Found No Adapters&lt;BR /&gt;-----------------&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"ioscan" shows the controller as&lt;BR /&gt;fc   1   0/2/1/0   UNCLAIMED    UNKNOWN   Emulex LP9802&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The LED on the controller is blinking green.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is going wrong here?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance!</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was unable to solve my problem with this adapter. &lt;BR /&gt;IIRC the problem was that the adapter was EMC-labeled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So neither Emulex nor HP wanted to provide support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I thought about buying an LP10000, but I didn't do it yet.</description>
