RX3600 SAS controller

My rx3600 server has already got 2 X raid 1 Logical drive

I have added some more internal disks and trying to create 3rd RAID 1 logical drive using sasmgr, however it does not let me do that and says only two raid per HBA supported.

this is critical production and I have not been able try it from EFI (drvcfg) due to no downtime availibility.

Please suggest

2 pairs of mirrored disks + optional hotspare

This is all this controller can do (see controller guide)

Now you can use LVM mirroring or consider to upgrade to P400 smart array controller.

It is mentioned here which says

"Only two IM volumes (plus a global hot spare) per controller can be created."
