    <description>On EFI Boot Manager in the following system&lt;BR /&gt;rx4640&lt;BR /&gt;MP FW 3.15&lt;BR /&gt;BMC FW 4.00&lt;BR /&gt;EFI FW 3.14&lt;BR /&gt;System FW 3.17&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't access the "EFI-Shell", "Boot Configuration" or "System Configuration".&lt;BR /&gt;It asks for an Admin Password&lt;BR /&gt;The system came from a client and the password is unknown&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The BP, BP-nc command in CM does not work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It informs that it resets the BMC passwords also tried the RB command. Still not available.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Upon reset boot a system error 55. Failure to read system Id appears.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;System is using an IA, Itanium processor</description>

      <description>But you are able to login as admin into MP, right?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you attach a session log (screen dump)?</description>
