Reset Admin Password on EFI Menu when BP command does not work

On EFI Boot Manager in the following system
rx4640
MP FW 3.15
BMC FW 4.00
EFI FW 3.14
System FW 3.17

I can't access the "EFI-Shell", "Boot Configuration" or "System Configuration".
It asks for an Admin Password
The system came from a client and the password is unknown

The BP, BP-nc command in CM does not work.

It informs that it resets the BMC passwords also tried the RB command. Still not available.

Upon reset boot a system error 55. Failure to read system Id appears.

System is using an IA, Itanium processor

But you are able to login as admin into MP, right?

Can you attach a session log (screen dump)?
