Need help for HPUNIX

Dear All,

I am new to HPunix ,But ia m expertise in IBM AIX since one of my clients facing serv 1 call with hpunix i want to help them .... let me explain the problem when i had look into the machine model is BL860c Server Blade the Amber light was glowing, let me explain in pointed

1) pinged the server ip it was not pinging i t want to mention the Hard drive led not accessible its show system halt
2) i tried hard boot after that also the server has been in same state
3) then i tried MP to access the EFI shell but the EFI shell gets hangs

need your's advise

hi,

if you are not able to boot the server via ILO, from EFI, i would recomemnd to you open a HW call in HP.

Hi,

If possible try to access blade through OA.

View status of blade using OA.

OA will show status of blade.
