      <description>&lt;!--!*#--&gt;Dear All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am new to HPunix ,But  ia m expertise in IBM AIX since one of my clients facing serv 1 call with hpunix i want to help them .... let me explain the problem when i had look into the machine model is BL860c Server Blade the Amber light was glowing, let me explain in pointed &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) pinged the server ip it was not pinging i t want to mention the Hard drive led  not accessible its show system halt &lt;BR /&gt;2) i tried hard boot after that also the server has been in same state &lt;BR /&gt;3) then i tried MP to access the EFI shell but the EFI shell gets hangs &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;need your's advise</description>
