Hi,
The rx4640's system batery was replaced.
After the replacement, the system does not want to power up. On the MP console I list the system ID (ID). This displays no current ID information.
The system event log gives a level 2 alert, indicating that it is non critical. Discription indicates "Type_02" event.
I was advised that the system is not powering up because it does not have a system ID.
Can someone please advise what I should do in this situation.

Thanks

Hi Ketan,
I'm not currently at the site where the server is located, therefore I don't have access to the MP console.
Unfortunately I can't provide the event log now.

Thanks

Hi Ketan,
It is only the event log "System events" that I checked in for a error.
The error you are mentioning did not appear there.

Thanks

If you have access again, consider to attach the messages.

I think the problem is not related to the battery replacement.
