HP smart setup DVD

hi,

We had ordered HP integrity Ia64 rx 2600 servers.We have received 2 CDs with it - one is a documentation library CD and another one is a bootable having few diagnostic utilities.

There is a mentin of HP smart Setup DVd in the documentation which is required during reinstallation or updeation of latest drivers.

Is this DVD provided by the vendoer while shipping the servers along with other CDs and manuals?

If not, then how could we get this DVD?
