Octavio,
You should really discuss this with a SAP basis consultant, but give performance specs or sizing of your tru64 application server and I can compare that with the rx2600.
Fred Metcalf
We're currently using tru64 for both our SAP database server as well as our SAP application server.

Management finally decided to give HPUX a shot. So I need to be sure that I can use an rx2600 as a SAP application server running SAP 4.7 unicode.

Anybody?

Fred,
Thank you, I already opened a ticket with SAP but it's being about a week and I haven't got a firm answer, their guides say that 11i version 1 is supported, but I found that the 2600 uses 11i version 2.

I asked the same question to a pre sales HP person and same story, haven't got a firm answer so I wanted to try here :)
