      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm trying to install the firmware update release notice - v4.1 on a itanium rx7620. I was able to complete the pdhc installation, but I'm getting an error "Failed to burn FPGA CIO 1" when I try to install the matcio_2.10.0.osp.  I'm getting ...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ftp connection sucessful&lt;BR /&gt;Processing ...Done!&lt;BR /&gt;**** Failed to burn FPGA CIO 1 ****&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,</description>

      <description>There is a problem to update the firmware of Core IO 1.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From which version you are upgrading from?&lt;BR /&gt;What you see in MP -&amp;gt; CM -&amp;gt; SYSREV ?&lt;BR /&gt;Which FTP server you are using?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Verify the .osp file with its checksum. &lt;BR /&gt;Check for any error in MP -&amp;gt; SL &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, your best approch would be contact HP support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
