Hi Cristinel,
It's a known problem with the disk_em monitor and the SAS disk array on rx3600, rx6600 and rx2660. You can safely ignore those events for that device. The monitor should not be reporting events for the IR Volume, which is not a physical device.

You can hide the events by use of the disabled_instances file. See my response in http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=405726 for how to do this. The path you'll need in your case is /storage/events/disks/default/0_4_1_0.0.0.7.0

This will be fixed in a future patch.

Andrew

Sameer is right to recommend the latest firmware and drivers, though it won't actually make a difference in this case, which is due to the defect in the disk_em monitor. If you have ITRC access, you can see the details under JAGag25112.

The fix will be in PHSS_35807 which is scheduled for release by the end of this month. Until then you can either ignore the events or use the work-around given of using disabled_instances.

Andrew
