      <title>rx4640 invalid model string...need help</title>

      <description>Hello...&lt;BR /&gt;I have some problem /w rx4640.&lt;BR /&gt;After replacement of system board, &lt;BR /&gt;rx4640 server does not display correct model string.&lt;BR /&gt;And this causes firmware upgrade to fail...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Here's command results.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-----------------------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;CCBS1# model&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ia64 hp&lt;BR /&gt;CCBS1# &lt;BR /&gt;CCBS1# uname -a&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HP-UX CCBS1 B.11.23 U ia64 3086252423 unlimited-user license&lt;BR /&gt;-----------------------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I change the model string to rx4640??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.</description>

      <description>Check the server "Product Name" showing in EFI shell using&lt;BR /&gt;Shell&amp;gt; sysset&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It should show "server rx4640" in your case. You can set the product name using&lt;BR /&gt;Shell&amp;gt; sysset prodname server rx4640&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After that BMC board need to be reset. Power down the server and unplug power for 20 secs or so and then power it on.</description>

      <description>You need to enclose the product name with the double quotation mark like below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Shell&amp;gt; sysset prodname "server rx4640"&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
