      <description>Hi Sridhar,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have contract with HP, call them. You will have to do ssconfig to change the Serial Number. Your server's system board may have been changed and the serial number is not updated yet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Sandy</description>
