    <description>Hello Matteo,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I suspect that this is a failure on the I/O baseboard, but it is not clear from this log entry.  I imaging that you have had to place a hardware service call to resolve this problem.       <description>Hi!&lt;BR /&gt;I have a boot problem with a rx4640:&lt;BR /&gt;Power LED is flashing yellow&lt;BR /&gt;system LED is flashing red&lt;BR /&gt;thermal LED is solid green. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On MP the SL command gives:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Log Entry 71: 07 Apr 2005 15:54:02&lt;BR /&gt;Alert Level 7: Fatal&lt;BR /&gt;Keyword: Type-02 257101 2453761&lt;BR /&gt;Missing Entity - 1.2V Status&lt;BR /&gt;Logged by: Baseboard Management Controller;&lt;BR /&gt;Sensor: Entity Presence&lt;BR /&gt;Data2: OEM Code2: 0x01&lt;BR /&gt;0x204255579A020540 0114A17115250300&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you!</description>

      <description>Hi Matteo,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It looks like you have a power module converter missing or broken.&lt;BR /&gt;Please check them, or remove all cpu's but one and check if the system boots.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Marco</description>
