Could I run my SQL Server 2000 DB on HP Integrity servers running Windows 2003? What are the requirements to do this? Can I use my existing installer (for a Xeon-based server) or do I need a new license?

The answer is YES if you are currently running SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition. Othewise you'll need to buy a new license:
