Alter swap disk replacment

hi,

In my vg00 4 disk's are comnfigured and having the mirror copies also, the problem is out of four disks i have configured the two disks as a alternate swap with is lvswap.
and a single disk from that swap is failed.

so do i need to run the lvlnboot command after replacing the disk or any tips.
