Closing this thread. On a hunch I tried the download in IE and it worked. Apparently the HP web site doesn't like Google's new browser!

When I go to the newest Smart Setup download page I cannot download the file:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&swItem=MTX-19cf14ad100944d5aab3322485&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN

There seems to be a web error telling me that the file it's expecting doesn't exist.

Somewhere on that page or a page leading to it there should be a Feedback link towards the bottom of the page. Please report some of the details of the problem you encountered via that link.

Given that I have downloaded similar ISO's via FF and Thunderbird, it is also possible (if perhaps unlikely) that there is an issue with Google's browser, so it also might be good to point those folks at the URL's you are accessing for them to try-out.
